Who I am

This website is run by MEGAN SHORT LTD, trading as Life's Your Bitch (company no. 17184182, registered office Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C Aldow Enterprise Park, Blackett Street, Manchester, M12 6AE). For anything about your data, email hello@lifesyourbitch.com.

What I collect, and why

Only what you type into a form on this site:

• Waitlist and webinar sign-ups: your first name and email, so I can tell you when places open or when webinar dates are out. I rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Power Hour requests: your name, email, what you’d like to talk about and when you’re free, so I can reply and set up your session at your request. Only share what you’re comfortable sharing; we can go into more detail when we talk.
• Messages: your name, email and message, so I can reply to you.

Who else handles it

Forms on this site are handled by a form service, which passes what you send to me by email. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure. None of them use your details for anything else.

If you book All or Something, that happens on Circle, where the programme lives, and Circle’s own privacy policy applies there.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it for the reason you gave it to me. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking. The only thing it stores is a small note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit. It isn’t a cookie, holds nothing about you, and disappears when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how they’re used. Email hello@lifesyourbitch.com. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
