What the group said

  • I absolutely loved group coaching!! Megan created a safe, comfortable, and inspiring space for the best group to come together, reflect and work towards a goal. Each week was well-prepared by Megan and I loved, loved, loved the different weekly topics. It was honestly so inspiring and such a positive community experience and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. I couldn’t recommend it more!!! EVERYONE STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND SIGN UP TO THE NEXT ONE!!!

    Group coaching

  • This program was an extremely insightful experience where I was able to directly address both my goals & the limiting beliefs that have previously prevented me from achieving them. The environment was a supportive, judgement free zone which enabled me to come to my own conclusions and stay true to myself with gentle nudges in the right direction, this allowed for deeper thought and reflection. I’m looking forward to working on everything we discussed in the sessions & would definitely recommend!

    Group coaching

  • This was honestly the best programme to start the year with. I came out of every single session feeling a million times lighter than I did going in. Meg is just great & always made me feel so supported in my goal. Getting the sense that she was genuinely excited by my goal & progress was a fab feeling & made it so much easier to share with the group knowing that I always had a smiling face on the screen. I came out of the program feeling so inspired, passionate + excited to work towards my goal.

Good questions

What’s the difference between a coach and a mentor?

A mentor’s usually someone who uses their own knowledge to push you further along a specific path, handing over their own blueprint. I’m not that. I’m not going to tell you what your life should look like, because honestly, I don’t know, and it’s not my life to plan. Coaching is about asking the right questions to help you find your own answers. As your coach I believe you already have all the answers you need inside of you somewhere.

Is this the same as therapy?

No, and it’s not meant to replace it either. Therapy tends to look at the past to understand and heal. Coaching looks forward, at the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck now, and what you actually want to build next.

Coaching works best for people who are generally doing okay mentally and are looking for more, not for people who are currently struggling. If that’s you right now, please reach out to a therapist or your GP first, they’re better placed to support you than I am. If you’re already working with a therapist and doing well, coaching can sit alongside that really well.

What if what I need is more than coaching can help with?

If I feel I cannot support your needs or am not qualified to do so, then I’ll always tell you.

Coaching isn’t the right fit for everything, and if something comes up that needs more support than I’m qualified to give, I’ll say so. Your wellbeing is the most important thing.
